Poland’s Top Judge Cuts the Police Chains on His Own Court

Warsaw, Poland: Constitutional Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski and a group of MPs cut the chains police had placed on the Tribunal’s gate. Riot police then blocked him from entering.
