Glenn Beck on the Pentagon’s FORTRESS initiative. Fox News Digital reported Oct 25, citing internal documents, that every major military base in the continental U.S. would be expected to run essential operations on its own for at least 90 days: its own power, water, fuel and communications. The plan reportedly includes portable nuclear reactors, large batteries and microgrids that can cut bases off the civilian grid, plus reserves of munitions, fuel, critical minerals, spare parts and medical supplies, and a list of civilian factories that could switch to defense production.
